Unclear how to get customer support

I really like the app and rely on it for espn3 in particular. It works fine on iPhone and Fire Stick but has stopped working on iPad. I get an error message that is meaningless and cant figure where to go for customer support. ESPN.com has no support links. TV provider doesnt seem like a reasonable option. Help!
